As a Black Beauty Scholar & Consultant, Dr. Rowe is a highly accomplished and respected professional in her field. With a drive for academic excellence, Dr. Rowe is dedicated to making significant contributions that center Black women and their experiences. Her research contributions have been published in prestigious academic journals, as well as academic textbooks, further solidifying Dr. Rowe's reputation as a leading authority in her field. Dr. Rowe holds a PhD in Higher Education Administration from Morgan State University, where her dissertation "Crowning Glory: Exploring the narratives of Black women with natural hair and hair texture during the construction of professional identities as medical and law professionals" was named Outstanding Dissertation of the Year.
